Energy saving of buildings is mainly expressed by energy consumption of heating. A low-energy house  is a building with heat consumption of heating lower than 50 kWh/m2 per year, and an energy-passive house  is a building with heat consumption of heating lower than 15 kWh/m2 per year. We know how to reach such parameters. Just for comparison, the heat consumption of heating of the present-day common new buildings is about 100 kWh/m2 and more per year.

Heat pumps provide for heating of the whole construction as well as for sufficiency of warm water, and, when needed, also for cooling of the interior, while their electricity consumption is extremely low. They are not only suitable for reducing the heat consumption of heating in low-energy houses, but they are often used also in energy-passive houses. We will select for you the most suitable type and output of the heat pump, and we will demonstrate its substantial efficiency in comparison with traditional methods of heating.   


Warm-Air Heating And Ventilation

Comfortable Solutions for Heating And Ventilation

The system of warm-air heating and ventilation with a heat recovery, the so-called heat recuperation, is an integral part of low-energy and energy-passive houses. The impact of ventilation and the internal heat sources of low-energy houses and energy-passive houses account for a substantial part of heat consumption. Natural ventilation by opening windows and due to untightness does not allow to regulate the amount of supply air. Moreover, it causes a high heat loss. The system of controlled ventilation provides for a supply of fresh air treated by filters, in some cases even by special filters to collect allergens from the air. By means of a recuperation exchanger, it enables to use as much as 90 % of the heat from the exhaust air. Depending on needs, it is then warmed-up or cooled-down. A single heating system is sufficient for one construction, while all the required criteria are satisfied.

The test of air-tightness of buildings – detection of problem areas of air leaks in the construction system of buildings through which air can flow. By their elimination, we achieve reduction in heat losses and infiltration of water vapour into the construction of building. An air-tight building envelope is a precondition to maintain the required quality of the internal environment, the building and the use of the ventilation system parameters.

Air-conditioning systems are indispensable in creating a comfortable internal environment, particularly in connection with some architectural designs. Their installation leads to a relief in form of wishful cooling, especially in summer periods.
